Proiectul incearca rezolvarea unui conflict de scara, intr-un perimetru destructurat. Noua cladire face trecerea de la volumetria austera, placata in caramida aparenta, a Postei de pe Bd. Banu Manta, la frontul de blocuri P+10 de pe Sos. Nicolae Titulescu. De asemenea, din punct de vedere formal, constituie un ecran neutru pentru monumentul istoric de vizavi (cladirea Primariei Sectorului 1).

The project intends to solve an urban scale problem, within a unorganised perimeter. The new building makes the transition from the 5-storeys austere brick-cladded building of the Post Office developed along the Banu Manta Blvd., to the Niculae Tituescu Street 10 storeys communist apartment blocks. Formally, it represents a neutral screen for the Sector 1 City Hall classified building situated on the other side of the street.
