Insertie intr-un front de cladiri istorice, cu salt la cornisa, cu un regulament urbanistic foarte strict. Noua cladire rezolva frontul cu un volum compact P+4+5 (retras). Parterul este un portic vitrat, pentru o mai buna comunicare dintre holul hotelului si strada. Etajele tip sunt placate in calcar, in timp ce etajul 5 este imbracat in tabla zincata, ca mansardele acoperisurilor vecine.

Infill within a compact front of historical buildings of different heights and straight zonal urban regulations. The new building completes the front with a compact volume of which the ground floor is a completely glazed portico, enabling a good communication between the hotel lobby and street, the first 4 floors are clad in Romanian limestone as the 5th floor is withdrawn and clad in zinc sheets, like the attics of the neighboring roofs.
