Proiectul pleaca de la conservarea caracterului specific gospodariilor tip "incinta" din zona. Elementele arhitecturale noi adaugate structurii existente se situeaza la limita dintre modern si traditional.
Materialele si tehnicile constructive folosite sunt traditionale - pe de o parte, din dorinta pastrarii unei coerente generale a proiectului, iar pe de alta parte din motive legate de capacitatea tehnologica limitata a celor care executa lucrarea.

The project premise is the conservation of the sepcific character of the traditional farmhouses in the rural area of Brasov. All the new architectural elements added over the existing structure are situated in-between modern and traditional.
The building materials and techniques are the traditional ones - the reason is from one side the wish to maintain a general coherence of the project, and from the other side the limited technological skills of the local workers.
