Casa este situata pe un teren amplu, relativ plat, cu vedere catre lac. Elementul principal al compozitiei, amplasat peste casa-propriu-zisa, este cutia-belvedere - de fapt o interpretare a foisorului din casele traditionale romanesti.

The house is situated on a generous plot of land, with beautiful lake views. The main element of the whole composition, which is hosted on the top of the house itself, is the belvedere-box - in fact, a reiteration of the traditional veranda of the Romanian countryside mannors.
