Tree trunks villa in the mountains – Sinaia, Prahova 

design architect, built, 2017-2019

This holiday estate enjoys the magnificent scenery offered by one of the most beautiful mountain towns of Romania.

The client insistently asked for a pitched roof villa constructed completely from tree trunks, with a nostalgic alpine design. The chosen timber is varnished with various lacquers and has a green / gray color, while the roof is covered with handmade ceramic tiles. The concrete base walls of the house are clad in local stone.
