Single family house – Bragadiru, Ilfov

This is a small family house built on a flat terrain situated in one of the suburbs of Bucharest. Given the lack of any character of the neighboring context, the main design goal was to create a functional project with a strong tectonic presence, and even an area landmark – despite the tight budget and the poor construction techniques involved.
