Single family house – Bucharest

This is a compact mono-block house which answers carefully to the client’s brief and equally to the site conditions. That is, the layout and the very position of the building on the plot result from the unpredictable relation with the neighboring unbuilt plots – on the one hand – and with the rather toxic presence of the built ones, on the other. The vocabulary relates to the domestic dream house model of the average middle class Romanian family.
