The competition brief asked for a project to be eventually developed in 3 phases during several years, corresponding to the 3 towers previously approved through a local masterplan.

The proposal offers a highly flexible scheme, by enabling various plan layouts to coexist within a unique envelope. The sanitary shafts and the concrete walls and columns are the only constructive elements kept still through the vertical section. Thus, the project proposes 8 different layouts, which can be assembled up to the marketing strategy, offering a slightly different image for each tower as well, and in the same time maintaining a common vocabulary for the entire intervention.
